What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or manage QA projects focused on stable, reliable, user-friendly products, using Agile delivery, structured testing, proactive risk management, and continuous quality improvement.

I've led QA for UpViral since 2015, supporting an AI-powered viral referral marketing SaaS platform through requirement analysis, testing, re-testing, and QA team collaboration.

Previously, I worked remotely with Trusted Insight, the institutional investor network, writing test plans and cases, reporting defects in Jira, and following issues through the full bug lifecycle.

At ServicEngine (SEBPO), I tested mobile and web transformations for Usablenet across retail, booking, self-service, finance, healthcare, and education projects. I performed functional, regression, smoke, UI, UAT, black-box, compatibility, and cross-platform testing across iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows devices.

My work combines structured test planning, shift-left quality practices, Agile delivery, proactive risk management, and a focus on stable, reliable, user-friendly products.
