I am looking for a remote project manager or delivery manager role where I can lead Agile software delivery for digital transformation programs,Technology development, AI development, or health-tech. I want to work with international teams on projects with real-world impact, drawing on my 8+ years of experience managing multi-stakeholder programs.

Your delivery is behind, stakeholders disagree, and the deadline hasn't moved. I get called into that.

I am a project manager with 8+ years in health tech and government IT. I take over multi-team programs, reset scope, re-sequence sprints, and set up daily milestone tracking and test-cycle governance. Modules ship on schedule.
I turn complex, multi-stakeholder tech programs into on-time delivery.

My proudest work is VaxEPI, the national vaccination platform built with UNICEF, DGHS, and USAID, which registered 37M+ citizens and recorded 32M+ vaccinations. When the timeline slipped, I stabilized scope, re-sequenced sprints, and introduced daily milestone tracking and test-cycle governance to get critical modules delivered on schedule.

Before that, at Opus Technology, I directed 15+ national-scale IT projects for Bangladesh Police (Online GD, Firearms, Inventory, Transfer Management), ran government tender processes (TOR, RFQ, RFP), and led requirements workshops with bKash, BRAC, BIWTA, and major banks.
