What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AI-first product or IT delivery role where I can lead discovery-to-deployment work with Agile/Scrum, turn requirements into user stories and roadmaps, and drive business process automation with strong cross-functional partnership.

I’m an AI-first IT Project/Product Manager with 7+ years across software delivery, fintech platforms, business automation, customer success, and global outreach. I lead cross-functional teams through discovery to deployment, using Agile/Scrum to keep delivery clear and outcomes aligned.

Most recently, I’m a Manager - Global Projects & Outreach, driving client-facing initiatives across distributed teams while using AI-first workflows for research, proposals, content systems, outreach planning, documentation, and delivery execution. I translate client requirements into actionable scopes, user stories, delivery roadmaps, and communication plans, and I support automation across CRM-style outreach, lead management, website operations, and operational reporting.

Previously, I founded a UAE-based technology consultancy where I owned the full product lifecycle and delivered product strategy, requirements, backlog planning, development coordination, testing, delivery, and post-launch improvement—plus Odoo functional consultancy for scalable software workflows. I’m also a PMP certiﬁcation candidate (35-hour/PDU training completed) with hands-on capability in AI-assisted workﬂows (Codex/ChatGPT) and tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, and Odoo.
