I'm looking to lead SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and payroll transformation programs where I can shape solution architecture, guide global teams, modernize HR and payroll operations, and deliver successful end-to-end implementations.

At HCLTech, I lead SAP ECC-to-SuccessFactors EC/ECP transformation programs for UK local councils, covering payroll modernization, data migration, integrations, Payroll Control Center, statutory reporting, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. I also designed a custom Multiple Employment solution formally accepted by SAP.

Across Birlasoft, Wipro, and HCL Technologies, I’ve delivered SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and payroll transformation work for organizations including Manchester City Council, Triveni Engineering and Industries, Gentex, Centrica, Coca-Cola, Smyths Toys, and AQH-AL Qahtani Holding. I lead discovery workshops, global delivery teams, solution design, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
