At Deloitte, I support EC-ECP integrations and payroll operations for Australian clients, covering Superannuation Guarantee, PAYG taxation, STP2 reporting, Long Service Leave, and Payday Super.
I've configured and optimized payroll schemas, rules, functions, PCRs, and custom wage types to meet client-specific and statutory requirements. I also investigate replication, payroll, and time-management issues across SAP and SuccessFactors landscapes, supporting upgrades, HRSP testing, year-end activities, and legislative updates.
Previously at HR Strategies Consulting, I implemented end-to-end SAP EC Payroll systems and configured enterprise structures, work schedules, wage types, basic pay, pay structures, PA infotypes, personnel actions, and payroll conversions. I developed payroll and time schemas and PCRs for US and Canada, and supported integrations across Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and Employee Central.
My earlier experience at Tata Consultancy Services and ADP India includes Ceridian Dayforce WFM implementation, payroll automation testing, UAT, regression testing, and SAP integrations with SuccessFactors EC, Workday, and PeopleSoft.
