At BJIT Limited, I currently own delivery for three client projects and lead a 20-person cross-functional team, while continuing to head the 50+ member SQA department.
I authored the company-wide SQA strategy, policy and governance framework, and introduced a mandatory Go/No-Go release gate. I also established quality KPIs and defined test automation and performance testing strategy across delivery teams.
At BJIT Limited, I led QA for client programs across healthcare, manufacturing and other domains. My work included test automation for a US healthcare device manufacturer and QA for all four PowerBuilder-to-Java migrations for Japanese clients.
I began in software development, building mobile applications across Symbian, C++, Android and iOS, then moved through project management into delivery and QA leadership. I introduced AI-assisted engineering using BJIT's internal AI tool, Claude and GitHub Copilot, with reported productivity gains of 40% and reduced QA delivery cost.
