I’ve built a solid career in banking operations, joining MCB Bank as a General Banking Officer Grade III and advancing through promotions (OG-II, then OG-I). Currently, I’m working as a BSM at MCB Kot Radha Kishen Branch, after joining MCB Bank Ltd as a Supervisor Banking Service at the MCB Raiwind Branch.

My experience covers end-to-end branch operations supervision, including account opening and KYC updation, remittances and banker’s cheque workflows, clearing/intercity clearing, ATM card issuance/record maintenance, and RTC issuance and payment. I also handle cash, lockers, inter-branch reconciliation resolution, internal audit compliance, stop payment processing, and maintenance of records for dormant/inactive account reactivation.

I strengthen performance through training and targeted learning—covering operations areas (General Banking, Advances, Foreign Exchange), KYC and Anti Money Laundering, and quality customer services. I’ve earned a spot award on Service Quality in MCB Bank, and I aim for a leading role that honors hard work and helps me keep learning and growing.
