I am a seasoned banking professional currently serving as C.D. Incharge and Backup Manager Operations at BankAl-Habib, with a long tenure in branch operations and managerial roles. I bring disciplined execution and a customer-first mindset to daily branch performance.

Throughout my career I have managed remittances, account opening, compliance, advances, imports, administration and overall branch supervision, consistently meeting TAT targets and coordinating with head office and other branches. I have regularly interacted with internal and external audits and handled signature verification and authorization duties.

My background also includes hands-on IT and systems work—supporting Windows and Linux environments, basic system administration, and hardware troubleshooting—and entrepreneurial experience trading mobile and computer parts in the E-scrap business as well as a period supporting my family construction business. Early in my career I worked as a computer lab incharge, instructor and hardware/software incharge.

I maintain a strong focus on compliance and customer satisfaction, supported by trainings in Anti-Money Laundering, E-KYC, FATCA awareness, Islamic banking concepts and account opening laws and practices. I am adaptable, learn quickly, and seek roles where I can improve operations and mentor teams toward measurable service improvements.
