What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a banking operations leadership role where I can strengthen compliance, operational controls, service quality, reporting, and process efficiency while leading teams and supporting data-driven decisions.

I'm leading end-to-end branch operations at Askari Bank Limited, managing cash, vaults, ATMs, liquidity, compliance, customer escalations, and operational reporting.

Previously at Allied Bank Limited, I served as Banking Service Manager and led daily branch operations, staff supervision, cash flow, security procedures, audits, risk assessments, and service improvement initiatives.

As a Group Coordinator and Branch Service Officer, I managed MIS reporting and data consolidation for 14 regions and more than 470 branches. I produced operational and ATM performance reports, validated regional submissions, monitored ATM movement and replacement analytics, and supported Head Office decision-making.

I've built my banking career through branch operations, teller services, customer support, regulatory compliance, operational controls, and process improvement. I use Advanced Excel, Power BI, reporting automation, and data analysis to improve service quality, efficiency, and governance.
