What I'm looking for

I seek a remote crisis-counseling role (e.g., 988 Lifeline) to provide empathetic, confidential crisis support, use de-escalation skills, and grow toward clinical counseling licensure within a supportive team.

I am a compassionate, empathetic professional with strong communication skills and a deep passion for supporting individuals in crisis. I seek to serve as a Remote Crisis Counselor with the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline network, bringing resilience, sensitivity, and dedication to helping others.

As a Behavioral Health Specialist, tutor and mentor since 2021, I have supported children, teens and families through emotional and academic challenges, developing strategies for calming, redirecting and motivating students during high-stress moments. I practice confidentiality and clear, calm guidance in every interaction.

As creator of Sincerely, Jee Jee (2025), I built a supportive online community focused on healing and resilience and honed my writing, communication and emotional support skills. I hold a B.A. in Sociology from Kean University and am pursuing an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (expected 2026) to deepen my clinical expertise.
