What I'm looking for
I’m an End User Services / Desktop Support professional with 8+ years supporting enterprise IT environments, focused on reliable Windows endpoints, mobility support, and smooth user access. I’ve worked hands-on across endpoint management, incident coordination, and access enablement to keep business disruption low and SLAs on track.
In my current role, I support Windows endpoints and mobility platforms, including Intune MDM onboarding and administration support (device enrolment, unenrolment, and lifecycle activities). I also handle MFA onboarding and access-related troubleshooting, coordinating with security and platform teams to close gaps and improve outcomes.
I’ve built strong operational security exposure through day-to-day incidents, root cause follow-ups, and endpoint security-related activities. Previously, I supported endpoint security tools like Symantec Endpoint Protection and contributed to compliance, patching-related work, and incident/problem/change management processes.
Now I’m actively seeking a transition into a dedicated Cyber Security team role. I’m a dependable team player and proactive problem-solver who is willing and eager to learn new security tools, technologies, and processes to support endpoint protection, identity controls, and risk reduction.
