I’m an SAP HCM Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience delivering end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and AMS support across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management. I focus on Employee Lifecycle Management, Organizational Modeling, and HR Master Data Governance, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Time, and IT stakeholders.
In my current role as an Associate Functional Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, I manage hire-to-retire actions, maintain HR master data, and support PA in production (L2/L3). I also configure Enterprise Structure, Info-groups, and standard/custom PA reports, while resolving master data inconsistencies and payroll integration issues through careful governance and authorization compliance.
Previously as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini and an SAP HCM Consultant at Accenture, I specialized in Time Management and OM operations, including holiday calendars across 20+ countries, complex PCRs, and workflows that drive automatic email outcomes. I’ve also served as a Time Expert for a Sweden-based client, leading corporate trainings and supporting year-end activities for almost 15 countries in about 15 days.

Provide L2/L3 SAP HCM support for Personnel Administration, focusing on HR master data governance and handling hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination, and retirement actions. Act as a Time Expert configuring custom PCRs and time-management scenarios, and supporting year-end activities for ~15 countries within 15 days.
Configured SAP HCM Time Management for 20+ countries, including holidays and work schedule rules (DWS/PWS/WSR) and generated work schedule rules in batch and manually. Supported upgrades and complex Time-related issues (e.g., workflow/email automation based on Time Evaluation results), working to ensure 0-error outcomes post-upgrade.
Maintained SAP HCM master data for new hires and supported incidents related to screen modifications (T588M) and dynamic actions (T588Z). Handled trouble-ticket processing and supported work schedule/work schedule rule configuration for HR time-related needs.
Configured SAP HCM Time Management including public holidays, break/work schedules, and work schedule rules (manual and batch), and implemented absence types with absence quota generation via time evaluation. Also supported payroll configuration such as wage types, payroll period/period modifiers, payroll control records, and posting to finance activities.
SAP HCM Consultant
Configured SAP HCM Personnel Administration enterprise/personnel structures and personnel actions, including maintenance of features for number ranges, payroll area, and employee attributes. Implemented Time Management configurations such as holiday calendars by province, work schedule rules (break/DWS/PWS), absence types, and absence quota calculations via Time Evaluation and RPTQTA00.
