What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my estimating, take-off, procurement, and civil engineering experience on construction or lighting projects where I can deliver accurate bids, optimize costs, and support projects from concept through execution.

At IKIO LED Lighting, I prepare blueprint-based quantity take-offs, cost analyses, technical data sheets, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid packages for US lighting projects. I've supported procurement work for NASA Ames Research Center and Old National Bank, including vendor negotiations and US compliance requirements such as UL/ETL, DLC, and Energy Star.

Previously at Efficiently Global Solutions, I estimated US residential interiors across doors, hardware, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and lighting. I managed finishes, SKUs, lead times, freight calculations, transactions, shipping costs, and margins for projects including Yellowstone Club Village Phase 2.

My civil engineering background also includes site-engineering internships involving layout mapping, bar bending schedules, inventory, workforce coordination, quality and safety checks, and site inspections. I use AutoCAD, MS Office, blueprint reading, and Python basics to support detailed project planning and estimation work.
