What I'm looking for

I seek estimating roles where I can deliver precise takeoffs and manage bids, work with collaborative teams, and grow technical expertise in construction estimation.

I am a Construction Cost Estimator with over 6 years of hands-on experience in quantity takeoff, architectural and structural estimation, and bid management. I deliver precise, timely estimates using Bluebeam and Excel and have expertise with Simpson Strong-Tie products.

My background includes work on Simpson, Mitek and bolt estimation, placement/shop drawings, remodeling projects, and preparation of submittals. I began my career as a draughtsman trainee and progressed to senior cost estimating responsibilities.

I combine technical skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Bluebeam Revu) with strong communication, time management and problem-solving abilities to support accurate bids and efficient project delivery.
