At Moksh Corp, I prepare quantity takeoffs, material estimates, and pricing proposals for U.S. commercial and residential projects across millwork, flooring, signs, countertops, and window treatments. I use CounterGo, RFMS, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and Excel to produce accurate bids, optimize slabs, and manage revisions.

Previously at Aerocraft Engineering, I estimated openings, specialties, and furnishings for commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, institutional, and mixed-use projects. I work closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, fabricators, and project teams to clarify scope, resolve RFIs, and identify value-engineering opportunities.

My earlier project and site engineering work strengthened my experience in BOQs, RA bills, construction drawings, bar bending schedules, site coordination, cost control, and project delivery. I bring nearly eight years of construction estimating and engineering experience across residential, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, and institutional work.
