I am an operations professional with hands-on experience managing field and office operations for large telecom and logistics firms, including Reliance Jio and Shadowfax. I hold a BA degree and an Account Management (Tally 9.0) certification.

At Reliance Jio, I executed and managed field operations, coordinated network expansion projects, optimized timelines and resources, and built strong relationships with local stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows. At Shadowfax, I led operations teams, streamlined processes, and improved service quality through stronger partner and client communication.
