I’m a Dedicated HR Executive with 1 year of experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, PF & ESIC administration, and HR operations. I bring strong communication and organizational skills to keep every stage of the employee lifecycle running smoothly.

In my current role, I managed end to end recruitment activities, including sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidates follow up. I also handled onboarding steps such as KYC verification, UAN generation, and PF & ESIC registration.

I maintain accurate HR records, payroll inputs, attendance, and MIS reports, and I prepare key HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters. I ensure compliance with statutory requirements and align HR documentation with company policies, while coordinating with employees and management to support HR operations and engagement activities.

Earlier, I completed an HR internship focused on HRD practices and employee retention by evaluating training, appraisal, growth, and engagement impacts. I’ve also built additional capability through “GenerativeAI in HR” training and SAP FICO learning, strengthening my approach to using modern tools alongside disciplined HR documentation.
