I'm currently supporting enterprise learning operations at Computacenter, managing user accounts, learning paths, modules, courses, training content, completion reporting, and mandatory training follow-up.

I supported Litmos post-migration activities, including user and content validation, groups, teams, bulk uploads, course configuration, enrollments, and branded home-page navigation. I received a Bravo for my contribution to the LMS Migration Project.

Previously at OpenMind eDesign, I developed client-focused courses in Blackboard, Canvas, Cornerstone, and D2L. My work included quizzes, assignments, discussion boards, rubrics, certificates, accessibility checks, home pages, and adaptive release settings.

Across more than 8 years in LMS administration and training coordination, I've supported platforms including SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Litmos, Pluralsight, Google Classroom, D2L, Blackboard, Canvas, TalentLMS, and SABA. I also bring experience coordinating trainers, training calendars, virtual sessions, vendors, and classroom delivery operations.
