At NIIT MTS Pvt. Ltd., I manage end-to-end learning administration in SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including learning plans, learner assignments, and curriculum updates for global learners.
I create and maintain OJT, ILT, and VILT courses with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI content, and manage enrolments, attendance, and course completions for compliance tracking.
I resolve more than 5,000 service requests, incidents, and course assignments per quarter through ServiceNow and Salesforce, meeting a 24-hour SLA. I also generate LMS reports and publish dashboards.
