At OATI, I gather and analyze client and stakeholder requirements for WebEIM, WebEDAM, and Web Settlement Pro. I translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
I create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process documentation. I also clarify requirements with clients and work with product, project, development, and QA teams.
I support UAT by validating functionality, documenting issues, and coordinating follow-up with development teams. I also analyze workflows for gaps, dependencies, and potential impacts of proposed changes.
In my product case studies, I analyzed cancellation and refund journeys, invoice creation, and subscription churn. I mapped user flows, identified friction points, and defined proposed improvements and success metrics.
