What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my communication, administration, and customer service skills in a dynamic company, providing professional customer-oriented support while continuing to develop my skills.

I've supported customers remotely for a private company and an online pharmacy, managing messages, orders, delivery follow-up, customer records, and issue resolution.

As a Virtual Assistant, I collected and processed patient information, requests, files, and documents while using task and ticket management tools to track progress. I communicate clearly and empathetically to provide accurate, customer-oriented support.

At Pharmacie Moghli in Oran, I welcomed customers, provided product advice, managed orders and stock, handled payments, and contributed to customer loyalty.
