At The DOT, Tunisia's national innovation hub, I prepared the proposal and pitch that won a €200K SPARK grant for Bridge'Up, a four-country program. I coordinated inputs from program, finance and partner teams and tracked submission deadlines.
I built and maintained The DOT's partner database in Notion and Airtable, automated with n8n, to track contacts, interactions and next steps. I also produced dashboards for leadership as the partner network grew from 25 to more than 50.
At Orange Digital Center, I coordinated a joint Orange and GIZ initiative across 18 countries, with a shared KPI framework, reporting tools and review calendar. I supported corporate partnerships with AWS and Google, and wrote playbooks and templates in English, French and Arabic.
As an independent consultant, I ran a five-country market and stakeholder scan for Expertise France and turned the findings into partner profiles, a gap analysis and a support package. I also monitor calls for proposals and tenders and prepare technical offers, CVs and annexes to donor requirements.
