What I'm looking for
I am a Business Advisor and CRM Lead with nearly five years of experience supporting MSMEs in Tunisia and the wider MENA region. I specialize in evaluating bankability of loan applications, delivering management reports, and ensuring accurate data across MIS, platforms, and HubSpot.
I have led CRM strategy and execution—running SMS and email campaigns, managing inboxes and social channels, and producing training manuals and video tutorials to increase user adoption. I also create and edit social media and academy videos to boost engagement.
