At Yabble, I define product vision for AI offerings including a multimodal research assistant and Virtual Audience AI Personas. I roadmapped and launched image processing for AI Personas, driving a 20% increase in ARR.
I'm leading development of Video and Document integrations and an overhaul that will move AI Personas from single-source inputs to multi-input enrichment. I also architected a multi-quarter roadmap to evolve the AI chat assistant into an agentic platform.
I partnered with ML engineering at Yabble on model evaluation using gold-standard datasets and Human-in-the-Loop feedback, and worked with ML and Backend engineers on prompt traceability and token cost optimisation. I also collaborated with UX research and engineering to prototype interfaces in Figma.
At Heartland Bank Limited, I managed remote UAT for a core banking upgrade across nine teams and led six analysts through bug triage and final go-live sign-off. Earlier, I worked on smart parking products in Chennai, where I helped secure two government contracts valued at USD 1.5 million and USD 8.5 million.
