What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, people-focused opportunities in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment coordination, and career support where I can work across cultures and help connect people with relevant opportunities.

I've supported recruitment and career services at Career Support Japan in Tokyo, helping candidates clarify goals, navigate opportunities, and stay informed throughout recruitment-related processes. My work included candidate communication, recruitment administration, career coaching support, and building rapport with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.

I'm currently a remote Research Analyst & Reporter Intern with NIICE, where I research, evaluate sources, analyze information, and communicate findings clearly. I also facilitate workshops for international participants and bring practical strengths in remote collaboration, cross-cultural communication, documentation, and people-focused support.
