I am an experienced HR professional with over 12 years in Human Resources Management, specializing in HRIS administration, attendance and absence management, compliance, and HR operations. My recent role as Senior Executive (HR Systems & Governance) at a major bank involves administering MiHCM, managing profiles, rostering, access and fingerprint systems, and preparing monthly reports for Finance, Compliance, Operational Risk and Board meetings.
