What I'm looking for

I seek a senior QA or consulting role focused on contact-center platforms, automation, and end-to-end validation within Agile teams, with opportunities to lead testing strategy and drive operational improvements.

I am a Senior Consultant with 14+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, contact center platforms, and project delivery. I specialize in Genesys application configuration, Cyara automation, and validating complex call- and chat-routing scenarios.

At Infosys I led deployments, platform validations on AWS, and configurable routing implementations for high-profile clients including Apple. I built Cyara automation campaigns, executed load and IVR testing, and produced reporting using CCPulse+ and InfoMart.

Across prior roles I have driven QA for contact-center products (IVR, dialer, recording, real-time and historical reporting), performed root-cause analysis, and managed escalations through ServiceNow. I consistently improved test coverage, streamlined QA–development communication, and standardized defect reporting processes.
