What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Project Manager position where I can use my technical background, project support experience, and management knowledge to deliver high-quality projects, strengthen team collaboration, and create business value.

I've supported enterprise application development and maintenance at Tata Consultancy Services, working with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular for a global logistics client program.

I coordinate delivery across backend, frontend, and QA teams, helping API integrations and releases stay aligned with sprint timelines. I use Jira to support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog tracking, and issue resolution.

I've managed resource allocation across project requirements and priorities, introduced resource-utilization tracking processes, and conducted technical interviews to assess employee skills, project fit, and role readiness for staffing decisions.

With 3+ years as a System Engineer and an MBA in HR & IT in progress, I'm pursuing ECBA and building on Scrum Master, PMO, and Azure Administrator certifications as I move into project management.
