What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote, international client-facing or operations role where my bilingual capability and cross-functional experience can add immediate value.

At HOUST, I serve as the primary contact for 70 client accounts within the Notre Dame team, maintaining a 93%–95% client satisfaction rate. I monitor account health, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and handle complaints end-to-end.

I also train clients on new features and best practices, produce performance reporting, and partner with support, product, and finance teams on client-requested solutions.

At Arise IIP / Plateformes Industrielles du Congo (PIC), I coordinated travel and official visits for a major industrial infrastructure project. I tracked invoices and expenses, initiated vendor Purchase Orders in SAP, and maintained operational documentation.

At Mama Money Pty, I supported finance operations, reconciliations, and process improvement, after helping launch its French-language customer experience function. Earlier, at Mindpearl and BGFI Bank, I supported bilingual customers with airline products, service recovery, Frequent Flyer support, and international transfers.
