I’m looking for an HR role where I can partner with leaders, run end-to-end talent processes, and use HR analytics/Power BI to improve workforce compliance. I want a collaborative environment that values policy accuracy, continuous improvement, and employee experience.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 4+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition, compensation administration, HRIS management, HR analytics, and employment compliance. I partner with leaders to turn people strategy into measurable outcomes—while keeping process, policy, and compliance tight.

At Kimberly-Clark Corporation, I support senior leaders with strategic HR advisory and full-cycle talent acquisition, helping reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality across multiple departments. I also build decision-ready analytics—including Power BI dashboards for break adherence compliance and a UKG-based manager performance view to surface time-approval delays and strengthen workforce visibility.

Previously, I managed end-to-end recruiting and grew qualified applicant pools by 40% through multi-platform sourcing.
