At Royal Mail, I deliver employee relations advice to managers across the organisation, managing complex casework and strengthening consistent application of ER policies.
Previously at Optima Health, I partnered with senior leaders on employment law, restructures, site integrations, TUPE transfers, redundancies, and high-risk employee relations cases.
I've also supported the full employee lifecycle at GXO, coached managers on absence and performance, supervised HR administrators, and improved engagement, compliance, payroll, and HR systems processes.
I'm currently studying CIPD Level 5 and looking to build on my HR advisory experience in an HR Management or HR Business Partner role.
