I'm looking to build and optimize personalized lifecycle campaigns, customer journeys, and real-time marketing automation using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

I'm currently supporting Optum as an AJO Specialist, migrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates and campaign assets into Adobe Journey Optimizer. I rebuild personalized HTML emails, configure event- and API-triggered campaigns, and validate campaigns end to end before deployment.

Previously at Versatiletech, I delivered lifecycle email campaigns for Dell's B2C transition across the US and Canada.
