At Aggreko in Dubai, I lead quality systems, internal and external audits, corrective actions, customs compliance, and global QHSE SharePoint sites. I also coordinate quality metrics, GHG emissions data, HS code updates, and nonconformity closure across business units and regions.
I've progressed through Quality Service Manager, Quality Lead, Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead, Continuous Improvement Lead, and Customs Liaison Officer roles at Aggreko. My work includes ISO 9001 implementation, QMS document control, Kaizen and DMAIC projects, risk management, KPI reporting, process design, project delivery, and cross-functional improvement initiatives that delivered cost savings.
