I’m a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-certified operations and logistics professional with over 15 years of experience improving warehouse operations, logistics coordination, facilities management, and team leadership. I build scalable operational frameworks that translate into better efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

In my current role as Shipping and Logistics Coordinator (JLSYachts LLC), I increased warehouse revenue by 41% by restructuring storage tariffs and warehouse service offerings. I also designed and led the implementation of ShipSync (PowerApps), a paperless delivery management system that improved operational visibility and reduced manual processing.

I establish operational foundations that teams can run confidently—building the company’s first Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Inventory Management System (IMS) framework, including SOPs and workflows. I standardized departmental trackers, automated reporting, and improved monitoring using Monday.com to strengthen visibility and accountability across functions.

I’m equally driven by compliance and people development. I coordinate end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance through Mirsal II, EDAS, and DMCA permit processes, and I support training through the Moodle LMS I developed and administered—turning operational data and systems into measurable business outcomes.
