I have successfully managed customer relationships, scheduling, and service documentation, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards. My previous experience as an auto damage adjuster has further honed my skills in negotiation, customer service, and regulatory compliance, allowing me to handle complex claims with accuracy and empathy.

As a Life Skills Trainer with Connected By 25, I provided essential coaching and workshops to help young individuals transition into independent adulthood.
