I'm looking for opportunities where I can drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, learning initiatives, and data-informed HR operations at scale.

At Vedanta Aluminium, I deliver employee engagement and wellbeing programs reaching up to 20,000 employees, including town halls, sports leagues, health webinars, surveys, and DEI initiatives. I turn employee feedback into targeted action plans and support award submissions with impact data and leadership inputs.

I've managed end-to-end recruitment, releasing 300+ offers and supporting 200+ joiners, while partnering with managers on employee relations, workforce planning, performance, payroll, and HR reporting. I also coordinate learning programs, onboarding, training dashboards, and capability development for thousands of employees.
