At MyGift Enterprise, I created the Operations Coordinator role after joining at entry level and built processes for daily warehouse operations. By correcting WMS logic and tightening workflows, I reduced planned staffing from 22–30 employees to 8, including 2 supervisors.

I also addressed systemic WMS errors and secured dedicated Amazon lanes, raising pick speed 40% and processing throughput 50% while reducing freight costs. I work with freight providers, brokers, Amazon and Wayfair teams to resolve recurring issues and sustain lane performance.

At UPS, I used an Access database connected to Oracle scan data to improve network flow compliance and equipment scheduling. During peak, this work helped reduce transportation spend by $12.1M and eliminate third-party carrier overflows.

At Beavex, I implemented pallet-level scanning for Amerisource and Cardinal pharmaceutical deliveries, restoring shipment visibility and preventing customer penalties. I’ve also improved receiving workflows at Sagent using Lean and Six Sigma methods, and supported routing and operations across regional delivery networks.
