At the IRS, I served as Project Lead on the FY24 New Hire First Year on the Job, New Hire Orientation and Onboarding, and LERN ALERTS Surveys. I also ran Brown Bag Sessions on the Hatch Act and Oaxaca-Blinder Decomposition.

I worked on retention analysis using Oaxaca-Blinder Decomposition and ran a focus group for the SPRO Open Offices Hours program. Earlier, as an HR Specialist at the IRS, I analyzed and presented FY23 New Hire Survey results and reviewed PULSE survey data and analysis.

My research includes analysis of sensitive Census Bureau data as a UGA Graduate Research Assistant, with Census Special Sworn Status. This research was published in VOLUNTAS as “The Rural/Urban Volunteering Divide.”

I earned a Ph.D. in American Politics and Political Methodology from the University of Georgia, with a dissertation on institutional effects on lobbyist and PAC spending. My analytical tools include R, Python, SQL, Stata, and Excel.
