At Crystal Valley Self Storage, I support tenants with questions and property issues, communicate rental and payment policies, and process collections and storage unit auctions.
I handle preventative maintenance across buildings and equipment, including lighting, locks, landscaping, and company vehicles. I also serve as head maintenance technician for Stadium dr self serve carwash in Phenix City, working on electrical repairs and pump maintenance.
Earlier, I maintained facilities and guest rooms at Eastover Inn and worked as a soccer and wrestling referee with Professional Referee Organization. I also gained door-to-door sales experience with Weedman lawncare servicing.
