I’m a facilities maintenance professional with 18+ restaurants and multi-site property upkeep experience, focused on restoring equipment fast and preventing repeat issues. I bring hands-on repair capability across AC/heating, appliances, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
In my Facilities Manager role, I plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in facility maintenance work. I establish schedules and methods for maintenance services, coordinate contractors, and implement preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs.
