I'm looking to coordinate HVAC, maintenance, and field operations work where I can manage service needs, vendors, schedules, repairs, documentation, and project follow-up through completion.

I've supported property maintenance, HVAC, mechanical, construction, and field operations for more than 14 years, coordinating work orders, repairs, vendors, schedules, inspections, and follow-up.

In my current Maintenance Technician role with Grease Commons Apartments / Carlton Management, I manage maintenance requests across occupied properties, troubleshoot building systems, and communicate repair status with staff and residents. Previously at Morgan Properties, I handled high-volume service requests and coordinated outside providers for specialized repairs.

My background also includes directing property maintenance at Cambridge Court Apartments and leading field crews at Mantis Sheet Metal and Roofing. I bring hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, roofing, mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and safety compliance.
