What I'm looking for

I am seeking a property management role that values compliance-driven operations, tenant satisfaction, and opportunities to improve occupancy and asset performance.

I am an experienced property management professional with a proven track record managing market-rate and subsidized housing portfolios. I have overseen operations, tenant relations, HUD/Section 8 compliance, and maintenance for properties up to several hundred units.

In my current role I manage a 224-unit property, oversee budgets and financial reporting, lead weekly team meetings, and implement property improvement projects to boost occupancy and tenant satisfaction. I regularly prepare units for HUD inspections and coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams.

Previously I managed multiple properties totaling hundreds of units, handled tenant screening, collections, recertifications, REAC/MOR preparations, and construction/maintenance project tracking. I am experienced with AppFolio, RealPage, OneSite and common Microsoft Office tools.

I bring strong leadership, compliance focus, and operational discipline to property teams. I am willing to relocate within Fulton County, GA and authorized to work in the U.S., seeking a role where I can apply my property management, budgeting, and tenant-relations strengths to improve asset performance.
