Recovered production arrears from a significant backlog to a consistently low level, adding approximately £200k to monthly revenue. Held full accountability for production, planning and sales across CNC machining, fabrication and heat treatment.

Rebuilt cell level production co-ordination and reporting, lifting cell on-time delivery from 50% to 90%. Managed the largest production area in the business, covering CNC composite manufacture, small assemblies and two-stage unit assembly.

Supervised 30 staff across day and night shifts in machining and parts manufacture. Responsible for production planning, material availability, tool purchasing, QA/NCR follow-up, HR and health & safety.

Led night shift machining operations and built a new team of 15 operatives from scratch. Coordinated priorities and NCR closure across three shifts and owned MRP booking accuracy and schedule adherence.

14 years of hands-on precision machining across 3- and 5-axis mills, CNC lathes, mill-turn and sliding head. Provided line leader support, material inspection and booking, fault diagnosis, and training of new starters and apprentices.

Designing and building ERP/MRP software for SME and Tier 2/3 aerospace supply chains, from requirements captured with shop-floor users. Material stream from demand through purchase, goods-in, stock and issue to job.

First Aid certification from St John Ambulance, valid from 2018 to 2022.
