I am an operations and customer service manager with an MSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership. I combine technical understanding with frontline operations experience to deliver reliable service in high-volume environments.

At Co-op I led up to 92 staff per shift in a busy terminal/warehouse, overseeing check-in, inventory, logistics and outsourced teams while managing escalations under strict SLAs. I prioritize customer-first outcomes and have a track record of improving team productivity and satisfaction.

I am skilled in data reporting and analysis, producing daily performance reports and KPI insights using MS Excel and Power BI to support senior management decisions. I also coordinate cross-functionally with HR, IT, procurement, security and finance to meet operational goals.
