I am seeking an IT Network Technician role where I can apply hands-on fiber and low-voltage installation experience, system administration skills, and customer-focused troubleshooting in a collaborative environment.

I am a hardworking, adaptable technician with hands-on experience in telecommunications, low-voltage installations, and IT support. I focus on delivering excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.

At AT&T I install aerial and buried fiber-optic service and integrate residential fiber gateways with home networks. Previously I configured Windows Server 2022, managed Active Directory, resolved client issues on-site and remotely, and installed CAT5 cabling, WiFi access points, and surveillance systems.

I am seeking an IT Network Technician role where I can apply my practical installation skills, system administration experience, and commitment to team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
