In my current role, I support daily store operations while helping drive sales, train and coach team members, and monitor performance to implement strategies that improve revenue and customer retention. I handle customer escalations professionally to maintain a positive experience.

I also manage staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and store profitability, using operational metrics and business trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. I collaborate with management to execute promotional campaigns and increase customer engagement.

Alongside my management experience, I’m building my capability through postgraduate certifications in Project Management and International Business Management, reinforcing how I plan, coordinate, and measure results. I’m eager to apply these strengths in roles where operational execution and customer-focused growth are key.
