What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an education operations or program support role where I can improve systems, support cross-functional teams, and deliver student-centered services across K–12 or higher education.

I've designed accessible curriculum as an independent Curriculum & Learning Specialist, using adult learning theory, Universal Design for Learning, and ADA standards to improve learner engagement and course completion.

At Texas Success Academy, I coached K–12 and adult students, supported admissions and enrollment, led team operations, and helped learners meet academic and college-application goals. At Grand Prairie ISD, I improved reading levels and standardized test scores by 15%+ while collaborating on district curriculum and testing initiatives.

I've also supported AI training at Appen and as an independent contractor, evaluating AI-generated content, building prompts and rubrics, and improving instructional clarity. I bring doctoral-level higher education knowledge, strong relationship management, and data-informed program support to student-centered education teams.
