I hold a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and currently pursuing an MBA in Energy and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom. With profound computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Package, FLG-CRM, and Slack, adept at leveraging technology to enhance her work efficiency.

In my current role as a Legal Advisor at Southern Agricultural Group (Pty) Ltd, I conducts legal research, provides solutions, and assists in dispute resolution. I have successfully saved 15 subsidiary companies from liquidation. I also possess expertise in property management, commercial transactions, and energy storage.

I have successfully advised and collaborated with various departments to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance in countries such as South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. I have extensive experience in negotiating and drafting complex contracts, including Shareholders Agreements, Project Agreements, EPC, PPA, Master Energy Supply Agreements, and O&M Agreements. I have also conducted thorough research and provided legal advice on renewable energy tender bidding processes. Building effective relationships with external legal counsels and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations are essential parts of my approach to legal advising

Previously, as a Legal Advisor at Greentech Energy SA, I conducted legal research, drafted commercial contracts, and played a vital role in negotiating a major contract and joint venture for a hydro power project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

During my tenure at Gambe & Partners in Zimbabwe, I gained valuable experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, litigation, and property management.

My achievements include successfully representing the Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe (CBZ) and Agri bank of Zimbabwe in over 100 commercial and conveyancing cases. I have demonstrated my ability to excel in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and I have established my as a professional with excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
