Russell Zwicker
@russellzwicker
Senior instructional designer building bilingual eLearning, ILT, and LMS-ready training that teams can deploy fast.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Instructional Designer focused on authoring training that’s accurate, usable, and ready to launch. I design and develop Job Aids, Reference Guides, eLearning courses, and IL training aids for military, business, and government clients, and I bring English-French bilingual communication to every project.
In my current role at Clariti Software (May 2024–July 2026), I designed and developed training modules for software implementation staff and partnered with SMEs to maintain technical accuracy. I also serve as internal LMS admin by managing profiles, organizing materials, and running reports, while developing eLearning modules and videos in Absorb Create, Synthesia, and Arcade.
From June 2018–May 2024, I worked long-term freelance with organizations including RBC, Pembina, Subaru, and Health Canada. I designed and developed ILT and CBT courseware and supporting documents, managed multiple projects and client needs across short and long deadlines, and contributed to curriculum development and train-the-trainer sessions.
Earlier in my career (July 2010–June 2018), I developed training for government clients at Bluedrop, including technically accurate materials to meet client goals and objectives. I bring deep eLearning development experience across Storyline, Captivate, OutStart, and LearningLogics, plus experience stepping in quickly to support new LMS/LCMS platforms and complex requirements.
