What I'm looking for

I want to own the operations layer of a remote-first fintech or international company — building the systems, workflows, and reporting that let the team run without friction. I bring 10+ years of finance discipline to keep it accurate and reliable.

I run Lumineva Aurorae, an independent operations practice supporting founders and coaches across time zones. Founders bring me in to own the operational layer end to end — onboarding, invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting — so they can stop managing the back office themselves.

I turn manual, scattered processes into documented workflows, SOPs, and connected tool stacks — working across tools like Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Tally, Calendly, Zoho, and Mailer Lite, and adapting to whatever stack a client prefers. I also integrate Claude and ChatGPT to speed up documentation, drafting, and repetitive operational work.

Before founding my practice, I supported SAP finance and business modules at PT Dharma Controlcable Indonesia, built on more than 10 years of corporate finance experience across reconciliations, reporting, month-end close, compliance, and financial operations.
